I've been living here for four years and I really enjoyed it! Mary, the building manager, is amazing and a big part of why I'm giving such a positive review. The apartments have a mid-century modern style which I love, and they're great for pet owners as there are walking trails around the building and an on-site dog park. It's also close to Western University and some green spaces. Plus, there's going to be a Starbucks next door soon (yay if you're like me and love coffee!). The indoor common spaces are nice but have been hard to use due to the pandemic. Hopefully future tenants can make better use of them! The only downside is that there isn't in-suite laundry – just six machines for the whole building.
