Before I even begin my review have a look at all the five star reviews from suspicious accounts which all say the same thing great for school and work accessible gym super convenient well furnished quiet These reviews were made by the company in order to make it appear as 4 stars Im calling them out Nobody creates Google accounts without profile pictures and only leave one review mentioning what their business is advertising I stayed here for a year and had three different rooms To put it plainly save 200 per month and get a room in Thurman Circle that provides the same experience as this place does Thefts have occurred here Ive been subject to loud noise smoking in the building has been witnessed by me lazy staff members are present at Foundry First Apartments too plus garbage everywhere with bugs crawling around is what I had to endure during my stay here In my initial room there were two roommates who disrupted peace with loud noises till 4am some nights they left garbage wherever they felt like even on walls which can be seen in an image provided if they didnt try erasing it and smokedvaped inside common areas besides harassing me constantly After complaining to their management several times who advised me buy things or other inadequate solutions I was shifted into another suite where again two new roommates were present however only one of those replicated behaviors that took place previously such as making too much noise something that more ... hide ...

Its not hard to see why Bluestone is so cheap they are incredibly negligent landlords and property managers Repairs take forever for example a ceiling leak starting April 8th wont be fixed until after June 21st and mould has formed in the meantime Furthermore they don't give the courtesy of a 24 hour notice before maintenance shows up or even pass a notice u 2023-02-11T05:00:06Z
Its not hard to see why Bluestone is so cheap they are incredibly negligent landlords and property managers Repairs take forever for example a ceiling leak starting April 8th wont be fixed until after June 21st and mould has formed in the meantime Furthermore they don't give the courtesy of a 24 hour notice before maintenance shows up or even pass a notice under the door at 3pm the day prior to their arrival They even assured me that my units carpet would be replaced when I moved in but randomly decided to leave it ripped up with rusty staples still sticking out of it My bathtub was also chipped up when I got here and maintenance said that no reglazing was necessary despite them being told otherwise upon my movein These are only some examples of neglect from Bluestone when I mentioned filing a complaint with the Landlord and Tenant Board Deb Moore just laughed and said go ahead This is slumlords at their finest stay away more ... hide ...
