I had previously given the complex five stars due to its reasonable rent prices and renovations Nonetheless numerous issues have arisen since then between movein fixes internet installation smoke detector tests filter replacements and Cox having to come in to install outlets in every room not to mention cleanup after they left This has all been incredibly invasive for me as an animal owner especially since I get minimal notice each time The walls are thin but that is reflected in the price of rent however the carpetswallsdoors of the building foyers are dirty and smelly The interior of my apartment is okay with laminate floors however the bathroom was messy upon movein which I had to fix myself The windows are updated but never cleaned on the outside and white paint around doorstrim frequently bubbles or tears up due to poor quality or lack of preparation Theres ample parking available but no amenities besides a hot laundry room which can be hard to access due to limited office hours Maintenance isn't respectful either as they often leave ruts behind their vehicles instead of parking up front which leads to mud everywhere when it rains All this said though Im still content living here if only minor improvements were made with some TLC more ... hide ...

A week ago I tried to post a review on Google for Lot 6 but it wasnt visible to the public I got the same result when I posted it on Ironclad Properties Inc Customer service wouldnt help me figure out why so I wanted people to be aware of what they could experience if they signed a lease here For the first seven weeks we had fire alarms going off at least on 2022-09-19T07:02:18Z
A week ago I tried to post a review on Google for Lot 6 but it wasnt visible to the public I got the same result when I posted it on Ironclad Properties Inc Customer service wouldnt help me figure out why so I wanted people to be aware of what they could experience if they signed a lease here For the first seven weeks we had fire alarms going off at least once weekly one happened after midnight on Boxing Day and another lasted over an hour just ten days ago with no explanation given Then there was a water pipe burst that caused the fire alarms to go off again in the evening of January 26th and still no communication about this ordeal We also noticed our windows werent sealed properly as we could see water spots along the window frame when weather started getting warmermeltier and three of our four smoke detectors needed their batteries replaced in four months time we can easily hear our neighbours too despite buildings soundproofing being laughable Hopefully none else has to go through what we did here while building is still under construction more ... hide ...

The suite I moved into was not at all like the online picturesI wasnt even allowed to view it in person due to Covid The sliding door to the balcony was broken there were scratches and paint on the floor holes in the window screen a missing microwave and a broken towel rod It also said there would be a dishwasher which didnt turn out to be true To top it off 2022-11-01T07:32:18Z
