I had previously given the complex five stars due to its reasonable rent prices and renovations. Nonetheless, numerous issues have arisen since then - between move-in fixes, internet installation, smoke detector tests, filter replacements and Cox having to come in to install outlets in every room - not to mention cleanup after they left. This has all been incredibly invasive for me as an animal owner, especially since I get minimal notice each time. The walls are thin but that is reflected in the price of rent; however, the carpets/walls/doors of the building foyers are dirty and smelly. The interior of my apartment is okay with laminate floors; however, the bathroom was messy upon move-in (which I had to fix myself). The windows are updated but never cleaned on the outside - and white paint around doors/trim frequently bubbles or tears up due to poor quality or lack of preparation. There's ample parking available but no amenities besides a hot laundry room which can be hard to access due to limited office hours. Maintenance isn't respectful either as they often leave ruts behind their vehicles instead of parking up front which leads to mud everywhere when it rains.
