Living at Auburn Heights Apartments for five years proved to be a wonderful experience The property manager Patrick and officeleasing manager Yvette were exceptional from the time I moved in until the time I moved out The maintenance team was highly efficient and responded to service calls quickly and professionally The complex was gorgeous with its wellmaintained appearance My apartment was perfect they allowed you to customize it with great paint options and it had been updated recently which I loved The windows roof and decks were all new as well being larger compared to other apartments in the area plus providing private entry and an inunit laundry option Additionally most of my neighbours during my stay were splendidly quiet at night Though there are some cons such as pet friendly community that requires owners to clean up after their pets which management did their best to enforce or thin walls that could lead to hearing neighbor noise overall the price is still worth it due to all of its amenities Therefore if anyone is moving into Oakland County area I would strongly recommend Auburn Heights Apartments more ... hide ...

My fianc and I had an enjoyable stay here in our apartment At the end of the month we will be relocating however when we were searching for a place to rent last year this was by far the best one that we saw The building is cleaned regularly with a pleasant smell in the elevator and wellmaintained washerdryer units The staff particularly the landlady was very friendly and welcoming I would bump into her sometimes and she would always ask how things were going Although there were several positive aspects of our stay here some issues made it less than ideal for us primarily due to cost as it was expensive for its size with my fianc and me plus our babycat occupying it Additionally during wintertime it can get too hot inside since theres a sensor on top of the building which makes everything hotter when outside temperatures decrease even with an open window at 20 outside my babys room could still reach 30C There is no assigned parking either so if my fianc finished late at night he had to park way on the other side in visitors parking which is especially troublesome during wintertime Lastly another challenge posed by this apartment was its slow elevator within the building itself Despite these four issues that didnt work out for us this location has many advantages including being close to everything else making it decent overall if you can manage those problems mentioned above more ... hide ...
