Living at Auburn Heights Apartments for five years proved to be a wonderful experience. The property manager, Patrick, and office/leasing manager Yvette were exceptional from the time I moved in until the time I moved out. The maintenance team was highly efficient and responded to service calls quickly and professionally. The complex was gorgeous with its well-maintained appearance. My apartment was perfect; they allowed you to customize it with great paint options and it had been updated recently which I loved! The windows, roof, and decks were all new as well - being larger compared to other apartments in the area - plus providing private entry and an in-unit laundry option. Additionally, most of my neighbours during my stay were splendidly quiet at night. Though there are some cons such as pet friendly community that requires owners to clean up after their pets (which management did their best to enforce) or thin walls that could lead to hearing “neighbor noise”; overall the price is still worth it due to all of its amenities! Therefore, if anyone is moving into Oakland County area I would strongly recommend Auburn Heights Apartments!

In 2016, I found myself in a difficult situation. Fortunately, the staff at my new home were incredibly kind and accommodating. From free painting services to upgraded cabinets and fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom, I have been delighted with the amenities provided here. Additionally, they have given me a gas stove instead of electric which is quite rare! Also noteworthy is their laundry room with full-sized side-by-side washer/dryer. There's also private entry to my residence as well as package delivery if you're not home. On top of that, they host community events like holiday gatherings and offer free flowers for balconies decorations - not to mention their maintenance is always timely and up to date! The pool area has even seen some improvements since I've moved in! All things considered, I'm truly happy living here.
