The state of this apartment complex is not ideal it has a severe infestation of mice and cockroaches especially in the units on the third floor In 2017 the locks for each apartment door broke and were not fixed until 2018 leaving them open all the time Additionally the pool is nice but closes down often for one or two weeks at a time There was also water dam 2022-11-08T17:32:17Z

The building was very outdated and not wellkept with mold and ice around the windows during cold weather To prevent further mold growth a dehumidifier had to be implemented in the apartment yet management were of no assistance Hydro and parking were also charged separately

Management and Maintenance here are terrible we had scheduled to move in on August 1st but when we went to do an inspection before signing there were multiple issuesthe bathroom sink was in a horrible shape wall tiles were damaged light switches werent functioning properly the kitchen cabinets were dirty with broken drawers that couldnt be closed or opened A 2022-10-05T20:02:17Z

Staying at Platinum Suites in Grand Ovations one bedroom was a great experience After our flight it was very pleasing to find the suite in a spotless condition with a fully equipped kitchen and clean linens The bedroom was cozy and had fitted sheets as well as bath towels Additionally the suite had its own washing machinedryer which made doing laundry easier 2022-10-05T21:02:17Z
Staying at Platinum Suites in Grand Ovations one bedroom was a great experience After our flight it was very pleasing to find the suite in a spotless condition with a fully equipped kitchen and clean linens The bedroom was cozy and had fitted sheets as well as bath towels Additionally the suite had its own washing machinedryer which made doing laundry easier compared to buildings with shared laundry rooms A five minute walk from Square One shopping centre we chose to order food due to covid but received it rather quickly The staff at Platinum answered all our inquiries within 30 minutes most times even less than 10 minutes They were approachable and helpful when it came to solving any issues we had they never refused any requests for additional supplies like sheets either I will certainly be staying at Platinum Suites when I return to Mississauga again more ... hide ...
