The state of this apartment complex is not ideal; it has a severe infestation of mice and cockroaches, especially in the units on the third floor. In 2017, the locks for each apartment door broke and were not fixed until 2018; leaving them open all the time. Additionally, the pool is nice but closes down often for one or two weeks at a time. There was also water damage in the basement corridor that caused part of the ceiling to fall, which took months to repair. All things considered, there must be another cheaper apartment complex that is in better condition than this one.
