On multiple occasions my laundry has been missing from the laundry room only to be returned to me afterwards by the buildings management after I had assumed it had been taken One time a basket of my clothes was placed on the floor just outside of my apartment door causing me to almost trip over it when I left It feels like somebody is stealing and harassing 2022-10-13T04:32:17Z
On multiple occasions my laundry has been missing from the laundry room only to be returned to me afterwards by the buildings management after I had assumed it had been taken One time a basket of my clothes was placed on the floor just outside of my apartment door causing me to almost trip over it when I left It feels like somebody is stealing and harassing me The appliances are poor quality detergent may not be supplied and dryers can be lacking pieces There is always noiseneighbours birds squawking babies crying in other units nearby roads or the gas station next door plus road work at late hours during week nights Additionally there is always dirt around due to being next to a petrol station and flies that come in from the dumpster close by Moreover cockroaches are seen every day in this building even with traps and pest management techniques utilized along with treatments for them I still kill up two roaches daily in my unit more ... hide ...

I have been living at Bayview Apartments for 10 years and absolutely love it Not only is it comfortable and clean but the maintenance and cleaning staff go above and beyond to help you Everyone is friendly making it feel like a family environment The residential portal online is quite convenient I recently submitted a maintenance concern through the portal w 2022-10-30T09:32:17Z

I have visited this building a few times and I am familiar enough to post a review Owned by Effort Trust realty 21 Ben Lomond is in need of some serious renewal Exterior The building appears to have not been painted since the 1990s and due to its high spot on the Hamilton Mountain it has taken quite a beating from weather conditions The pool on the grounds looks as though it hasnt been used in years but at least is empty rather than full of grungy water like other Effort Trust buildings with pools The upper level visitor parking lot is full of potholes and can damage cars the lower level garage is dark dingy and poorly lit with a ceiling that looks like it could cave in at any moment However the surrounding grounds are well maintained with tidy garbagerecycling facilities Interior Although they reportedly replaced the elevators several years ago there are only two elevators for such a tall building so they still don't run very quickly There isn't anywhere to sit and wait near the elevators either as theres just an under lock key lobbywaiting area plus one small bench inside the front door Hallways and stairs are usually kept clean however apartments vary depending on tenants but all units have old school fuse style boxes which require submitting a work order for replacement when blown out Internet services top out at 100mbps download speed10mbps upload speed due to lack of updates by companies more ... hide ...
