On multiple occasions my laundry has been missing from the laundry room only to be returned to me afterwards by the buildings management after I had assumed it had been taken One time a basket of my clothes was placed on the floor just outside of my apartment door causing me to almost trip over it when I left It feels like somebody is stealing and harassing 2022-10-13T04:32:17Z
On multiple occasions my laundry has been missing from the laundry room only to be returned to me afterwards by the buildings management after I had assumed it had been taken One time a basket of my clothes was placed on the floor just outside of my apartment door causing me to almost trip over it when I left It feels like somebody is stealing and harassing me The appliances are poor quality detergent may not be supplied and dryers can be lacking pieces There is always noiseneighbours birds squawking babies crying in other units nearby roads or the gas station next door plus road work at late hours during week nights Additionally there is always dirt around due to being next to a petrol station and flies that come in from the dumpster close by Moreover cockroaches are seen every day in this building even with traps and pest management techniques utilized along with treatments for them I still kill up two roaches daily in my unit more ... hide ...

I have had a great experience with Hazelview Properties on Cedar Avenue in Richmond Hill Ontario due to the wonderful care they provide their tenants My elderly father had been living there for eight years and I was able to help him whenever he needed The management is very quick to respond when something goes wrong and fix it right away My dad loved living 2022-10-03T03:02:18Z
I have had a great experience with Hazelview Properties on Cedar Avenue in Richmond Hill Ontario due to the wonderful care they provide their tenants My elderly father had been living there for eight years and I was able to help him whenever he needed The management is very quick to respond when something goes wrong and fix it right away My dad loved living there since it was like a family atmosphere I must thank Superintendent Brenda Love she is an amazing person who is both professional and responsible She has even gone above her duties to save my fathers life several times by being present when he needed help most People like Brenda deserve all of our appreciation Therefore I highly recommend Hazelview Properties as a place to call home more ... hide ...

If you are considering moving to either 15 or 45 Baif Blvd it is important to read this review On April 10th I vacated the premises in an immaculate condition nothing was damaged Two months later a Collection Company contacted me and stated that Richmond Hill Appartements were claiming that I owed them 720 dollars for cleaning services a closet door not functioning properly and a crack in the refrigerators fruit case After consulting with my lawyer I discovered that rental companies cannot charge people for Usage Amortization and suspected fraudulent activity was occurring Strangely enough no emails or invoices were received prior to the collection company being called all of which happened without any warning It appears they said their goodbyes but still followed through with their demands of payment It is heartbreaking how someone can be so cruel as to do something like this For now I am following up on this legally and will update on what happens next so before leaving any rental property always get signatures confirming everything is alright more ... hide ...

A month ago I received an email indicating that I had washed my balcony So the day after that I went to the office and inquired about it Maryam the manager of Beverly Hills Condo told me that security reported that when they arrived at my door I supposedly said Its a Covid time However upon further investigation by the same security personnel who had visited my place and noticed no evidence of washing on my balcony it was revealed that Maryam had lied In response to this situation I asked her to solve the issue but she reacted violently and struck me with the door Previously Robert from property management asked me to remove a review about this negative experience he then stated something along the lines of Millennial men from Iran are known for mistreating women which had nothing to do with anything related to our neighbourhood or poor building management Consequently due to this unsafe environment provided by Maryams actions I am leaving this building police have registered me as a victim of her violation more ... hide ...
