If you're living in apartment 304, the Roach Motel, I feel for you. It's not only bad for your health with roaches and their droppings everywhere, but they'll even try and charge you for it! Don't pay collections a dime as it won't affect your credit. I'm back now to warn of this place; find yourself a condo even if you have to pay extra - you deserve better! There are plenty of crackheads in that building so run while you can - there are more pictures on Rent It or Not if needed.

On multiple occasions, my laundry has been missing from the laundry room only to be returned to me afterwards by the building's management after I had assumed it had been taken. One time, a basket of my clothes was placed on the floor just outside of my apartment door, causing me to almost trip over it when I left. It feels like somebody is stealing and harassing me. The appliances are poor quality; detergent may not be supplied and dryers can be lacking pieces. There is always noise—neighbours' birds squawking, babies crying in other units, nearby roads or the gas station next door plus road work at late hours during week nights. Additionally, there is always dirt around due to being next to a petrol station and flies that come in from the dumpster close by. Moreover, cockroaches are seen every day in this building; even with traps and pest management techniques utilized along with treatments for them I still kill up two roaches daily in my unit.
