I have been living at Bayview Apartments for 10 years and absolutely love it! Not only is it comfortable and clean, but the maintenance and cleaning staff go above and beyond to help you. Everyone is friendly, making it feel like a family environment. The residential portal online is quite convenient; I recently submitted a maintenance concern through the portal, which was taken care of the next morning. CLV Group really knows how to treat their tenants like family.
