Not only is it comfortable and clean, but the maintenance and cleaning staff go above and beyond to help you. Everyone is friendly, making it feel like a family environment. The residential portal online is quite convenient; I recently submitted a maintenance concern through the portal, which was taken care of the next morning. CLV Group really knows how to treat their tenants like family.
