This morning a pipe burst in the bathroom causing flooding to enter the kitchenliving room in seconds I used any material I had on handtowels clothes blankets and duvetsto contain it from spreading further The residential manager came but was unable to stop it however I eventually managed to shut off the water knob Afterward maintenance arrived and was very helpful and sympathetic In contrast with them the manager said nothing of apology or gratitude for my and other tenants efforts in containing the damage which could have been much worse if we hadnt been home at that time To make matters worse she refuses to compensate me for these troubles caused by this property Now all my belongings are soaked requiring me to use my small insuite washerdryer all day long so that I can sleep tonight as a result electricity and water bills will skyrocket Its unbelievable they wont even give a reasonable amount toward these costs more ... hide ...

I used to live at Coronation Estates where the landlord Dino was incredibly understanding and accommodating The only issue is that requests for repairs take a while to be completed Even if you ask the superintendent multiple times it wont speed up the process The buildings are clean and wellmaintained and pet friendly Although soundproofing isn't the best so 2022-10-10T09:32:18Z

My name is Nancy and I began living at 125 Wellington Street N in December 2021 This has been an awful experience the management initially showed us a nice clean unit but then stated it had already been leased out We asked for another vacant unit and they gave us one that was not renovated promising to make it presentable in two months It has now been six months since then and the broken closet doors from day one have still not been replaced The stove microwave and dishwasher have all also remained broken since we moved in they told us that new appliances would be provided yet this was not true Additionally there are an abundance of cockroaches roaming our unit weve reached out regarding the issue multiple times but to no avail At this point we are counting down until our lease ends never would we recommend anyone else reside at Wellington Place more ... hide ...
