2023-02-03T03:30:04ZI used to live at Coronation Estates, where the landlord, Dino, was incredibly understanding and accommodating. The only issue is that requests for repairs take a while to be completed. Even if you ask the superintendent multiple times it won't speed up the process. The buildings are clean and well-maintained and pet friendly. Although, soundproofing isn't the best so when people are in the hallways you can hear whatever they're doing in your apartment. All in all, this is a great place to live; it's landscaped beautifully and I would love to live there again!
