I have been renting from this company for over a decade and there have been multiple problems. For two years, the apartment had no heat, the kitchen's taps had holes in them that were held together with duct tape and wire, the bathroom pipe fell apart so it couldn't be used, an outlet's electrical wiring was not connected to anything and posed a fire hazard since I moved in. It took eight years to fix all of the missing bricks in an outside wall which caused water damage to insulation. Additionally, there was damage to my ceiling due to another tenant above me falling asleep while smoking in bed. The flooring has never been correct since I moved here; each season it bows which shows it wasn't installed correctly. Seven repair visits were required for a leaky bathtub faucet; now even that needs replacing as does the bathtub itself due to damage. Wiring is substandard causing breakers being thrown when attempting simple tasks like using a microwave and toaster at once. To top it off one of their workers drove a forklift into my third floor apartment making it unusable! Their email server can never be found and leaving voicemails results in no response-it's simply disheartening that we can't leave negative star ratings for them!
