I have been living in Lakewood apartment since 2019 and my experience here has been great The building manager Lalita is very helpful and responds quickly to any issues that come up She is affable and articulate as well I would unreservedly recommend this building to anyone searching for a good apartment with excellent management

You should stay away from this location at all costs The units may be nice but they are incredibly small and not good for families Everyone seems to have a loud dog and barking is heard day and night I was the second tenant of Building B but within two years it had become a dump with graffiti on the walls garbage all over pet urine and feces on balconies creating odors in the springtime no one picking up after their pets leaving dog poop everywhere water is turned off without warning due to basement leaks boiler shutting off so theres no heat visitors parking taken up by people who don't pay for it forcing guests to park on street Tony ignores issues while treating you badly On move out they check everything for dust or crumbs Boardwalk charges too much rent I moved into a 3 bedroom condo twice the size for 20 less plus an underground parking stall unlike Boardwalks 5075 cost Do not live here more ... hide ...

I am very impressed with this complex The buildings are sparkling and new and groundskeepers are always seen cleaning off sidewalks Vacuuming takes place twice daily and the garbage truck visits each day The 256 apartments are managed well by friendly people who take care to listen to any concerns Everyone is respectful of each others space and masks are wor 2022-09-26T20:02:17Z
I am very impressed with this complex The buildings are sparkling and new and groundskeepers are always seen cleaning off sidewalks Vacuuming takes place twice daily and the garbage truck visits each day The 256 apartments are managed well by friendly people who take care to listen to any concerns Everyone is respectful of each others space and masks are worn everywhere even outside Ive already noticed common areas such as mailboxes being sanitized three times in my first six days here this shows that negative reviews posted about the complex must be from people with personal issues since theyre so untrue This area is also secure due to closedcircuit cameras key fob entry and buzzers for guests plus its close to shopping areas Safety considerate neighborsstaff a quiet atmosphere it really doesnt get better than this more ... hide ...

I cannot comprehend how this location has such high ratings I stayed here for two weeks My suite was between the rental office and daycare leading to a lot of people coming and going making excessive noise The upstairs and next door neighbours were unbearable making it hard to get any peaceful rest The building itself was also incredibly loud Additionally there was no lock on the living room window anyone could have broken in at any time yet they neglected to fix this issue upon our request It took ten days for them to apply my incentive four weeks after we left for them to disconnect my number from the buzzer and I still receive calls every day from people trying to buzz in despite not living there anymore While staff were polite getting real help proved difficult due to a lack of communication in the office with no respect shown between neighbours or benefits offered overall it is not worth it However Boardwalk is still a great company renting out many other wonderful locations I am only sharing my experience about this particular one more ... hide ...

I lived in a townhouse next to Jasmine and my neighbor Nick McQuik had not experienced such an accommodation before The building was cheaply constructed and the current management McCor provide very little maintenance or repairs When they do attempt to fix something its often done poorly and mess is left behind Thankfully the troublesome tenants were evicted not long ago so it is usually quiet apart from some late night drunken revelers When someone moves out of a unit all they do is patchwork and paint everything white you can tell where repairs have been made as the walls are textured and wavy Windows are old with glass panes often being replaced rather than new windows being installed however some bathrooms feature newer models If you take a tour around youll find that these townhouses are not deserving of five stars mine included an old stove and fridge which was loud thermostat hard to turn on loose outlets with inadequate amountplacement no basement outlets or lighting which require additional lamps to be brought in Everything looks half done then painted white walls ceiling railing doors door hinges handles etc plus an ancient heater wasting energy due to its age with white plaster used for asbestos removal present too All in all these townhouses may be affordable but definitely should not receive top accolades for this alone Ive personally had many issues when dealing with management which has caused much frustration recently mail delivery stopped due to snowcovered sidewalks more ... hide ...

The place I lived was so badly managed they did a fire inspection five times a year and often gave less than 24 hours notice During the Covid peak no one wore masks They cant keep track of my information since they are repeatedly leaving notes under my door to fill out information that is already on my signed lease Additionally the common areas are dirty and 2022-09-15T12:32:16Z
The place I lived was so badly managed they did a fire inspection five times a year and often gave less than 24 hours notice During the Covid peak no one wore masks They cant keep track of my information since they are repeatedly leaving notes under my door to fill out information that is already on my signed lease Additionally the common areas are dirty and untidy with trash in stairwells for weeks without being vacuumed To make matters worse the building manager uses one of the elevators as her own personal elevator she locks it overnight and parks it at her floor or car level whenever shes around but if youre using it to move inout you have two hours max to use it The suite was nice but poorly built walls not painted entirely just drywall colour which disintegrates when wet I recommend avoiding this place and finding somewhere better to live more ... hide ...
