    We've been living in this building for over three years and have nothing but praise for the management, particularly Property Manager David Andrusiak. David, his wife, and their team have always been very professional and timely with addressing our complaints and inquiries. I can always observe David working hard during each season; shoveling snow, cleaning the parking lot - putting in a lot of effort to ensure we're living in a safe environment. I'd like to thank Kelson Group for providing us with such an efficient manager like David. Thank you for your dedication towards maintaining our home comfortable at all times! Best regards, Maulik

    The crew at the apartment I stayed in for four years was incredible. The cleaning lady, maintenance man, and landlord worked very hard to make sure the apartments were in tip-top shape. To ensure safety and comfort, yearly pest inspections were done. David, the landlord, was direct and took care of his tenants. Before signing the lease we inspected everything thoroughly and found nothing wrong with it. My neighbors were all friendly so I never had to file a complaint about them either. As soon as I moved in renovations began which made me happy knowing that my money was going back into my own apartment. In conclusion, this was a great first experience renting an apartment and I even consider David my friend now!

    If you are looking at different Boardwalk locations Park Place Tower is a great option My roommate and I transferred here from another and the difference is remarkable The staff Rosie and Pritika do a wonderful job in making sure residents are welcomed seen and heard Furthermore the buildings maintenance staff keep it very clean with recent renovations being     more ...
