Living in this area for over 3 years, near the Hendrix, I have been aware of various complaints from people living there or who have moved out. Every month on the last week I see a lot of moving trucks coming and going. Because vehicles from their building like tenants', work trucks and moving trucks park in my private stall or my neighbours', I've had to contact the management several times but they are invariably rude. Consequently, I have had to ring up the city too many times to count.

The Hendrix was a relatively new and clean building with nice amenities. When Rhapsody was replaced with Vertica management, there was an obvious decrease in the attentiveness of staff, upkeep of the building, and cleanliness; however, my overall experience there was satisfactory. The apartments were small but well-designed aesthetically and the location was superb. There were a few communal areas for residents as well, but I cannot attest to how they have been maintained since I moved out.

If you are looking at different Boardwalk locations Park Place Tower is a great option My roommate and I transferred here from another and the difference is remarkable The staff Rosie and Pritika do a wonderful job in making sure residents are welcomed seen and heard Furthermore the buildings maintenance staff keep it very clean with recent renovations being 2023-02-24T10:30:03Z
