I cannot comprehend how this location has such high ratings; I stayed here for two weeks. My suite was between the rental office and daycare, leading to a lot of people coming and going, making excessive noise. The upstairs and next door neighbours were unbearable, making it hard to get any peaceful rest. The building itself was also incredibly loud. Additionally, there was no lock on the living room window; anyone could have broken in at any time yet they neglected to fix this issue upon our request. It took ten days for them to apply my incentive, four weeks after we left for them to disconnect my number from the buzzer and I still receive calls every day from people trying to buzz in despite not living there anymore. While staff were polite, getting real help proved difficult due to a lack of communication in the office with no respect shown between neighbours or benefits offered; overall it is not worth it! However Boardwalk is still a great company renting out many other wonderful locations - I am only sharing my experience about this particular one.*
