We moved into Axxess on December 31, 2020 after asking them to speed up the process since I was staying in an Airbnb. Menka Kalia, the resident manager, went above and beyond to help us move quickly and make sure everything was comfortable. We have had a terrific living experience here thus far. The neighbors are good, the community is secure and wonderful for walks. The Boardwalk regularly organizes events to keep everyone involved. Additionally, the residential complex is taken care of very nicely; garbage pickup efficient and everything stays neat all the time. Plus, it is pet-friendly which makes it awesome to see other pet owners out walking their animals! I have had a couple of small maintenance requests that were handled almost immediately. All-in-all I'm pleased with where I live - I love my condo as well as my neighborhood - thank you Menka for aiding us with pre-move in plus post move in help too!

You should stay away from this location at all costs. The units may be nice, but they are incredibly small and not good for families. Everyone seems to have a loud dog, and barking is heard day and night. I was the second tenant of Building B, but within two years it had become a dump with graffiti on the walls, garbage all over, pet urine and feces on balconies creating odors in the springtime, no one picking up after their pets leaving dog poop everywhere; water is turned off without warning due to basement leaks; boiler shutting off so there’s no heat; visitors parking taken up by people who don’t pay for it- forcing guests to park on street; Tony ignores issues while treating you badly. On move out they check everything for dust or crumbs! Boardwalk charges too much rent - I moved into a 3 bedroom condo twice the size for $20 less plus an underground parking stall (unlike Boardwalk's $50-$75 cost). Do not live here!

Terrible is the best way to describe my current experiences here. Management has been absent for meetings, and the disrespect given to my partner and me when signing documents and transferring apartments was outlandish. The last person who aided in our move was great, but this one has made us feel unwelcome despite being tenants for a year. After applying for the apartment, I was told that I would only get it if I allowed them to take money out of my bank account, which had never been done before; a very predatory practice after they had already agreed to lease me an apartment without issue. This matter needs more attention from Boardwalk as prospective tenants should be aware of such predatory real estate practices.
