Im a business professional and I can highly recommend this building as Ive been living here The property managers are great they react fast to any repairs that may be required The apartment suite is beautiful and includes quartz countertops white lacquer modern cabinets 5 stainless steel appliances a half bath with ensuite washerdryer and laminate flooring with grey walls and white trim Moreover my unit is on the 6th floor with 3 huge windows facing west for lots of natural light plus a large balcony too Theres central airconditioning to keep cool in hot weather along with heated parking at an extra cost which makes it worth it when the weather outside isn't good the parking also comes with a storage room This building is secure and petfriendly with approval plus youve got Superstore across the street as well as plenty of other retail outlets and restaurants in close proximity theres even a bus stop right out front It takes only 5 minutes by car to reach the hospital or university while Downtown Halifax is 10 minutes away furthermore Dartmouth Bridge is close by too as well as Costco 10 min drive or Halifax Shopping Centre 5 min drive So if you don't have your own vehicle this place would be ideal for you Jasper I absolutely love living here more ... hide ...

I lived in 19Twenty apartments for a year despite the discouraging reviews and it was my favorite apartment so far The building was conveniently located near a Tim Hortons library and several restaurants The flat itself was very large and in great condition plus the neighbors were generally quiet Staff at management and maintenance were amiable and efficient 2022-10-02T14:02:18Z

Living in this Neighborhood is enjoyable mainly due to the other residents However Capriet park management has become a complete joke Lot land lease fees are quite high yet the winter road maintenance is terrible and walking can be hazardous due to lack of care In summer public grass areas are not kept grass grows too long and when its cut its done so quickly that it looks sloppy with clippings left behind to mold This creates an ideal environment for fleas and ticks Additionally the park administration shows favoritism towards certain tenants while mistreating others On December 19th 2021 updates included photos of worsening conditions roads had become icy fields which required sand salt mix for safety and a neighbour fell while attempting to walk their dog on the ice On January 17th 2022 even worse news came as the main entrance was blocked by large snow drifts created by hwy2 plows that were not cleared until after 9am making it difficult for first responders if any medical or other emergency had arisen during this time frame Finally on January 25th 2022 though Ontario regulations specify landlords must give 24hour notice prior to entering between 8AM8PM and require that window be reasonable Capriet staff has completely breached these rules trespassing being a punishable crime when this rule is ignored more ... hide ...
