I lived in 19Twenty apartments for a year, despite the discouraging reviews, and it was my favorite apartment so far. The building was conveniently located near a Tim Hortons, library and several restaurants. The flat itself was very large and in great condition, plus the neighbors were generally quiet. Staff at management and maintenance were amiable and efficient; I always received timely responses to my requests with solutions that met my expectations perfectly. There were some minor disadvantages but nothing major; for example, the gym had limited machines/equipment (though there's a Goodlife Fitness gym nearby).
