It is highly recommended to avoid this team of managers at all costs. They have been unresponsive to the tenants' needs and impossible to contact someone who can actually do something. This past winter, they came into my unit without prior notification in order to remodel it, destroying amenities such as the toilet, oven and sinks. They then demanded that I move out within 24 hours to Fenwick Towers - during exam season no less! Despite my efforts of submitting complaints for two weeks straight, there was no response from anyone in their head office. To reiterate: stay away from them if you can!
