I'm a business professional and I can highly recommend this building as I've been living here. The property managers are great, they react fast to any repairs that may be required. The apartment suite is beautiful and includes quartz countertops, white lacquer modern cabinets, 5 stainless steel appliances, a half bath with ensuite washer/dryer and laminate flooring with grey walls and white trim. Moreover, my unit is on the 6th floor with 3 huge windows facing west for lots of natural light plus a large balcony too. There's central air-conditioning to keep cool in hot weather along with heated parking (at an extra cost) which makes it worth it when the weather outside isn't good; the parking also comes with a storage room. This building is secure and pet-friendly (with approval) plus you've got Superstore across the street as well as plenty of other retail outlets and restaurants in close proximity; there's even a bus stop right out front! It takes only 5 minutes by car to reach the hospital or university while Downtown Halifax is 10 minutes away; furthermore, Dartmouth Bridge is close by too as well as Costco (10 min drive) or Halifax Shopping Centre (5 min drive).
