I subleased this apartment for five months during the summer The building was decent my onebedroom was a reasonable size and the lobbies were kept clean Two elevators were available however one had been out of service for three months before it got fixed I had few issues with my apartment there wasnt much noise from neighbors and the staff onsite had general 2022-09-21T10:32:16Z
I subleased this apartment for five months during the summer The building was decent my onebedroom was a reasonable size and the lobbies were kept clean Two elevators were available however one had been out of service for three months before it got fixed I had few issues with my apartment there wasnt much noise from neighbors and the staff onsite had generally been pleasant My grievance is with the management company itself They sent me an eviction notice after they took my rent money and I needed to contact the coordinator multiple times until they found my missing checks that they had already cashed Rent was rarely paid on time usually not until after the first of each month The people you seedeal with regularly are often nice but their administrativemanagement side is disorganized more ... hide ...

I resided here for fourteen months and it used to be a nice building we truly enjoyed it The upkeep of the building has been a real issue in the past six months making everything worse since there is nobody who takes responsibility For example the pool and hot tub have not worked since September yet they are still advertising this feature when renting out un 2022-10-10T12:32:17Z
I resided here for fourteen months and it used to be a nice building we truly enjoyed it The upkeep of the building has been a real issue in the past six months making everything worse since there is nobody who takes responsibility For example the pool and hot tub have not worked since September yet they are still advertising this feature when renting out units Additionally my units windows had serious safety issues for weeks at a time in subzero temperatures those still have not been fixed I am now moving out as the place which was once pleasant is now terrible although I must admit that the staff are very nice people Nonetheless I am not pleased with this situation at all more ... hide ...

Apartments are extremely overheated and many people on my floor have the same problem Maintenance has not come when arranged and reaching out to the office personnel is frustrating as calls go unreturned I expected a quiet environment given this being a cement building yet garbage trucks arrive at least five days every week even twice in one day for an alre 2022-10-27T05:32:17Z
