I resided here for fourteen months and it used to be a nice building; we truly enjoyed it. The upkeep of the building has been a real issue in the past six months, making everything worse since there is nobody who takes responsibility. For example, the pool and hot tub have not worked since September yet they are still advertising this feature when renting out units. Additionally, my unit's windows had serious safety issues for weeks at a time in subzero temperatures - those still have not been fixed! I am now moving out as the place which was once pleasant is now terrible; although, I must admit that the staff are very nice people. Nonetheless, I am not pleased with this situation at all.
