Apartments are extremely overheated and many people on my floor have the same problem. Maintenance has not come when arranged, and reaching out to the office personnel is frustrating as calls go unreturned. I expected a quiet environment given this being a cement building; yet, garbage trucks arrive at least five days every week - even twice in one day for an already empty bin - and outsiders with leaf blowers are constantly outside doing nothing or sweeping the parking lot. Working from home has been difficult due to this noise.

For the one year I resided in a 3 bedroom suite here, I had an excellent experience. Abiy and Shairin from the front office were always courteous and eager to help whenever I required assistance. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and competently. The common areas were kept neat, plus the amenities were superb - especially savoring the pool as well as gymnasium. Without a doubt, if given another chance, I would love to live here again in near future.
