Upon moving out M2 overcharged me something I only realized after I doublechecked the math After being told Id receive a check in 30 days which never happened it was time to stay away Upon arrival after an 1800mile drive we found the apartment filthy and the ice machine stove and master bathroom door not working Trash was everywhere on the property and management did nothing about it despite posting newsletters asking people not to pile trash up by dumpsters monthly valet trash removal cost 30 with no way to opt out Our dishwasher broke twice fridge stopped working office staff would leave paper notices on doors instead of contacting us via phone or email expect extra costs of 100300 per month for valet trash removal real estate fee CAM fee which fluctuates outside hallways lights were always out but never replaced parking cost 8monthcar plus service fee of 6 added to rent a mandatory 2 charge for paying rent online We left apartment in better condition than when we moved in yet still got charged a cleaning fee didnt get deposit back Avoid this place more ... hide ...

The building manager of Skyline was unkind and turned off the water outside preventing tenants from making improvements to the appearance This showed that they didnt care about the exterior or quality of life of their tenants which is a shame because the apartments are nice I have family friends living here and I don't understand why someone would choose to 2022-10-28T12:02:18Z
