    I subleased this apartment for five months during the summer. The building was decent, my one-bedroom was a reasonable size, and the lobbies were kept clean. Two elevators were available, however one had been out of service for three months before it got fixed. I had few issues with my apartment; there wasn't much noise from neighbors and the staff onsite had generally been pleasant. My grievance is with the management company itself. They sent me an eviction notice after they took my rent money and I needed to contact the coordinator multiple times until they “found” my “missing” checks that they had already cashed. Rent was rarely paid on time; usually not until after the first of each month. The people you see/deal with regularly are often nice but their administrative/management side is disorganized.
