The management of this place is terrible Employees are unhelpful and often rude not aware of policies and have lied to me They lost my lease agreement and parking reservation they were unable to provide an exact date or time for when I could move out without repeated inquiries Additionally the electricity bill I paid was double what it is in my current apart 2022-10-26T21:02:17Z

The staff is incredibly friendly and the building is well constructed and obviously taken care of Close by are many amenities such as Arthurs and The Ville Cafe located in the same building Amongst its other perks are a pool with a hot tub an exercise room a common area underground parking with some spots having storage like mine as well as a dog wash and manual car wash in the parking area The units have a polished modern look to them although their layouts vary they are still cozy It is also nice that each unit has individual climate control for heating and cooling Interacting with fellow tenants and personnel is always pleasant too Although rent may seem high at first glance it actually turns out to be fair when taking into account all that this place has to offer I would highly recommend it more ... hide ...

This place was absolutely terrible the worst Ive ever lived in The apartment was full of rodents and insects plus everything from the fridge to the bathroom was ancient The windows were so wornout that rainwater leaked in After only 15 days I had to move out

I had a terrible experience at this apartment with awful management low security and pests like mice and cockroaches The office lady Natasha shouted at me a worker was rude and a construction guy entered my house without my consent I was not made to feel secure so I bought an extra lock There were cockroaches everywhere and I saw a mouse running around in the middle of the house yet Im one of their cleanest tenants After that dead mice began appearing in the hallway as well as cigarette ashes and butts on the stairwells from leaking ceilings it was truly a nightmare Workers didnt wear masks or take any care with slamming doors either All for 1200 rent Horrible place you should stay away for your own sake Had I known about all these issues beforehand especially the lack of security and unhygienic conditions like mold let alone how rudely they treated me theres no way I would have moved in here It also smells bad due to poor air circulation despite having vents it smells like garlic every day To top it off elevators are always broken with noone bothering to fix them pool is dirty too along with halfbroken laundry machines Terrible place STAY AWAY more ... hide ...

Living in this building has been a nightmare Ive had to deal with leaking windows that were never repaired slow responses to ant infestations the lack of control over heating which makes units hot in the winter no soundproofing from the train next to us and unjustified rent increases Furthermore they never offered any compensation for damage or cleaning materials caused by leaks Once they promised to send a contractor to look into them but never showed up or called me The only help I ever got was an industrial dehumidifier that stopped working after 10 minutes and was taken away without further assistance Theres also a complete disregard for safety since there was an oily substance leaking into one of their fire escapes all they did was put up a wet floor sign but didnt fix it The fire alarm goes off often forcing you out of the building as well When my tenancy ended my parking spot that came with my lease was given away too The location is nice but is let down by an irresponsible owner and manager negligence or incompetence is what makes it such a poorly managed place to live in Though there are some good employees like the handyman who try their best and the previous manager who ran things well before now within 5 months this place has gone downhill significantly making it very unpleasant here now In conclusion they do not care about tenants so I would not suggest renting from them at all more ... hide ...

This is not a place to rent from My packages are consistently stolen from both my door and the lobby Roaches and bugs have been an issue despite me multiple times having to empty out all of my cabinets and cupboards for treatments which have proved ineffective Ive had five treatments but still theres just as many roaches in my kitchen bathroom and bedroom during winter when they turn up the heat Its not just one unit its a problem with the entire building since other tenants have made similar complaints The management team doesnt answer emails or phones their voice mail is full they havent provided in person service since Covid started used Covid as an excuse to keep their outdoor pool closed Out of two elevators one works half of the time so all 11 floors must wait up to 10 minutes for it to get there The buzzer in the lobby needs resetting every few months so everyone has to reregister individually Parking is chaotic because they cant track who parks where and for how long In six months Ive had water shut down five times leaving us without water for up to eight hours Although I will be moving out soon due to hygiene issues costumer service issues and safeguarding worries my apartment itself is quiet with plenty of natural sunlight with no outlet problems more ... hide ...

My friend and I moved into our apartment just over a year ago and we were delighted to have access to a gym and pool However we were soon notified of construction going on the other side of us without any knowledge of what it entailed In May 2021 the building wasnt even finished yet but we received a timesensitive notice in November that renovations would begin for us in March 2022 To our surprise another notice was posted on our door on Friday saying that our balcony had to be cleared by Monday both of us work in healthcare with shift work so this created an issue Our landlordadmin refused to provide either a free or discounted storage unit which is why we havent had access to our balcony yet Furthermore the construction workers havent even completed their task but are now shifting their attention towards other buildings We have been instructed not open any windows or use AC units as they wont replace anything damaged by the construction therefore theres still dust everywhere and fuel smell all around The washersdryers here are abysmal too weve made several orders for them to be cleaned or fixed as drying clothes costs twice as much money here now All in all this place has been nothing but trouble during these twelve months with no set hours for amenities such as pools they make up their own more ... hide ...
