The staff is incredibly friendly and the building is well constructed and obviously taken care of. Close by are many amenities, such as Arthur's and The Ville Cafe, located in the same building. Amongst its other perks are a pool with a hot tub, an exercise room, a common area, underground parking with some spots having storage (like mine), as well as a dog wash and manual car wash in the parking area. The units have a polished modern look to them; although their layouts vary they are still cozy. It is also nice that each unit has individual climate control for heating and cooling. Interacting with fellow tenants and personnel is always pleasant too! Although rent may seem high at first glance it actually turns out to be fair when taking into account all that this place has to offer - I would highly recommend it!
