If you're considering renting here, read this! I wouldn't give it more than one star. The only good thing is the cleaning guy is friendly. As previously stated, water is frequently shut off and plumbing issues arise. My bathroom ceiling leaks every time the people upstairs take a shower; the property manager's solution is to "let it dry". Most of the time he doesn't even reply to complaints. Bugs are everywhere, as another tenant mentioned in their review. If you have a baby, don't move here! Unit 808 has especially noisy neighbors that drill and move furniture at all hours; I've made noise complaints and they weren't even given warnings. There are plenty more issues that could be stated...
