The level of gratitude I have for this company is nonexistent. From the start, our unit was not in good condition: paint splotches on the floor, drywall mud everywhere, and tiles covered in grout. The contractors' lack of effort showed they had no regard for their work. Even after submitting work orders, nothing had been completed! Whenever I asked why it still hadn't been fixed, I was given the same excuse: "the workers just didn't show up today". After a month of waiting for them to replace ripped window screens, I refused to let them repair anything else in my unit because of how fed up I was. Unfortunately, when they did come in to do repairs they left it half-finished with drywall dust covering my TV and countertops--pathetic from supposedly "certified contractors". The company prioritizes fixing what can be seen from the street and ignores any damage within the building. Common areas had holes in the walls and security doors that never worked properly. Staff were unhelpful; we booked a move out date while elevator repairs were being done so we were expected to carry all large items down several flights of stairs!
