Renter be aware of what youre getting into My boyfriend and I had high expectations when we moved into this apartment a year ago but those quickly evaporated due to the overwhelming amount of cockroaches No matter how clean we were there were still hundreds everywhere The renovations done recently were sloppy and took forever to complete for example a gasoline tank was left outside our window overnight Also the fire alarm would go off at random times with no explanation from the outdated panel that didnt work properly To top it all off constant screaming matches between neighbors occurred right outside our window which caused an abundance police officers to show up frequently We now have to be extremely cautious not to bring any cockroaches with us in our new place as Mainstreet Biz clearly doesnt know how to run an efficient business Therefore if there is somewhere else you can live other than here take it more ... hide ...

I wouldnt suggest residing in Maple Place if you have children due to the majority of neighbours being either street peopledruggies or those with behavioural issues It seems management primarily rent out to these groups which makes it worse bringing drugs brawls extremely loud noise damage to property and so forth This place could improve if they ceased lett 2022-09-23T06:02:21Z
I wouldnt suggest residing in Maple Place if you have children due to the majority of neighbours being either street peopledruggies or those with behavioural issues It seems management primarily rent out to these groups which makes it worse bringing drugs brawls extremely loud noise damage to property and so forth This place could improve if they ceased letting problem makers stay and took a more rigorous approach to supervising the apartmentsThe cleanliness here is nonexistent hallways scarcely vacuumed and full of bad odours from cigarettesweedunhygienic humans and pets 247 this could be a hazard for anyone with asthma or similar respiratory illnesses Plus the washers and dryers in the laundry rooms are always dirty with hair fur from animals mud sand etc unless you disinfect them with bleach before using them The exterior grounds are usually littered with rubbish furniture dog mess condoms and needles too Maintenance isn't taken seriously either repairs arent made when required in your suite or others Pet owners also give everyone else a bad name as many wont bother collecting their dogs faeces nor cleaning the washers postwashing so fur accumulates on them And every year theres an increase in rent despite it being poorly managed This apartment would be great if they began renting out to more decent tenants kept up maintenance of the flats as well as ensuring regular cleaning more ... hide ...
