Renter, be aware of what you're getting into! My boyfriend and I had high expectations when we moved into this apartment a year ago, but those quickly evaporated due to the overwhelming amount of cockroaches. No matter how clean we were, there were still hundreds everywhere. The renovations done recently were sloppy and took forever to complete; for example, a gasoline tank was left outside our window overnight. Also, the fire alarm would go off at random times with no explanation from the outdated panel that didn't work properly. To top it all off, constant screaming matches between neighbors occurred right outside our window which caused an abundance police officers to show up frequently. We now have to be extremely cautious not to bring any cockroaches with us in our new place as Mainstreet Biz clearly doesn't know how to run an efficient business. Therefore, if there is somewhere else you can live other than here - take it!
