In June I signed the lease for a new apartment which my girlfriend and I were eager about Sadly we experienced bug bites less than a month after moving in We are clean people who did not bring these nuisances with us at first we did not even think they were bedbugs because we never actually saw them When we asked if there was any bedbug infestation in the building and ought to be concerned they told us an untruth and that became our last straw To break the lease I had to fight as they wanted me to pay 2700 After much debate I managed to have this fee dropped but their communication with me was poor all along Even now that I have already moved out three months ago they are still demanding 150 for an electricity bill from when I initially signed the lease but hadnt yet moved in fully although it totaled only 37 This truly made me angry since during final inspection the landlord said that room had been cleared of bedbugs beforehand while multiple other rooms were given pest notices with no actions being taken to stop its spread zero stars from me Never would rent from Boardwalk ever again more ... hide ...

Ive had my one bedroom apartment at Westmoreland since August of 2021 and Im very satisfied with it The onsite manager Paula is always putting tenants safety and security first If an issue arises that she cant resolve to your satisfaction she will offer alternative solutions As renters we need to be flexible too when things cant be resolved but when it comes 2022-10-01T15:02:17Z
Ive had my one bedroom apartment at Westmoreland since August of 2021 and Im very satisfied with it The onsite manager Paula is always putting tenants safety and security first If an issue arises that she cant resolve to your satisfaction she will offer alternative solutions As renters we need to be flexible too when things cant be resolved but when it comes to security Paula is always on top of it In the evenings the locked doors are checked by Boardwalk Security and monthly fire extinguishers are inspected and recertified with new blue tags being visible in 2021 and 2022 Elevator complaints from earlier reviews were addressed now the elevator works perfectly I even saw contractor maintenance workers come in last fall for upgraded vestibule doors as well as maintenance for automatic door openers for people with mobility issues Although this is an older building its still well maintained considering its age plus convenient shopping services are easily accessible nearby more ... hide ...

I lived at this place for two years and overall it was a pleasant experience The view was great the price was good and amenities worked without issue even though there were only two elevators Additionally they fixed any issues quickly As long as you stayed away from 8th Street and 7th Avenue I lived in the West Tower there werent many problems with the area I particularly liked having a dishwasher and a balcony The only major issue I had while moving out was terrible I booked the elevator slot from 10AM to 12PM on Saturday but when my movers arrived no one answered when I called the rental offices number provided in their email not even voicemail picked up When I went to check if anyone was present at the office or waiting for me in the mailroom nobody Surprisingly enough two other people had already occupied my timeslot using that elevator slot who apparently received a key from someone at their rental office although no one seemed to be around when I checked myself This sour ending left me disappointed after such an otherwise wonderful experience living here for two years To add insult to injury upon hearing back from them regarding move out inspection due to COVID19 restrictions they kept 400 of my deposit despite listing everything as pass minus one missing key Attached are pictures of how cleanly I left it before departing so all things considered would not recommend staying here more ... hide ...

Im really proud to call Panorama Apartments my home it has all I wished for in downtown living Its so easy to get around the community and there are trails close to the river valley Plus the fitness room is brand new and fully equipped there is a social room available and secure underground parking The staff here work hard to keep everything neat and tidymy 2022-10-27T18:02:17Z

Do you want to deal with fluctuating water temperatures in the shower Do you want to submit a maintenance request that goes unanswered and then have someone arrive without warning three days later when youre not home Perhaps youd like to prepare for roach treatments only to find the pest control service doesnt enter your unit despite a potential fine if you don't do it Baywood Park is perfect for this The rent is reasonable with utilities included but the management style is reflected in the cost as they wont even answer calls during business hours Furthermore an issue with our mailboxes has been present for over a year now and Osgoode Properties Management hasnt done anything about it So packages can only be delivered through Canada Post and the office isn't always open or willing to accept them To top it off take care to not stay in the shower too long or else youll be either scalded or frozen In conclusion Baywood Park provides cheap housing but ultimately one should keep looking for another vacancy where management responds promptly water temperature and pressure are consistent and theres no risk of roaches or bedbugs more ... hide ...
