My sister and I had a great experience in our two-year stay at Midtown. Jennifer, the building manager, was very hospitable and always available to answer any queries or troubleshoot any issues. The property was kept immaculate and the living quarters were superb! Plus, noise levels were kept to a minimum.

Since Midtown Club Suites opened in 2018, I have been a resident and it has been the best rental experience for me. The team there goes the extra mile to make this building a great place to live - from keeping common areas spotless to simply being friendly. Jennifer and Roger are incredibly dedicated to their residents and it shows; anyone looking for an apartment with management that genuinely cares should check out Midtown.

My daughter and I had a terrific two-year stay at Midtown. We were always safe and secure, and our suite was simply outstanding. Our balcony provided us with a stunning view of the landscaping, which was impeccably maintained. The building itself was kept very clean and orderly; Jennifer, the manager, is by far the best we have ever encountered - friendly, approachable, helpful - while Roger the maintenance man was equally friendly and caring when addressing any requests or issues in a timely manner. The pair have done an exceptional job in making us feel welcome and taken care of; my daughter and I are grateful for all they have done. We would highly recommend Midtown as a great place to live!

I cannot praise this rental building enough, but I will try to explain why. The location is fabulous; nearby to a major highway, full of amenities in the plaza behind, and within a 10 minute walk to other stores such as Walmart. The building is clean and well-maintained with regular cleaners and landscaping. Maintenance or repairs are done quickly by a maintenance worker when needed. Jennifer, the leasing manager, is amazing - she always answers my questions promptly and is incredibly friendly - creating an inviting community atmosphere. Assigned parking in the garage along with visitor parking in the lot or on-road makes accessing the building easy. My unit has a great layout with plenty of outlets plus a walk-in closet and storage space - features that are standard for most units here. The balcony size is great too; soundproofing has been successful as I rarely hear from my neighbours (although some noise from upstairs occasionally). All things considered, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to rent!
