This review is going to be lengthy, but for a good reason. My unit details are given below so as to provide an idea for prospective tenants. Most of my words are of appreciation for the consistency, transparency and safe environment in this apartment complex. I and my roommate lived here when WPM LLC owned it (now Maryland Management). We lived in 4-5 apartments before this one but nothing compares to Riverside's property aesthetics, unit size and price, amenities etcetera. We moved into the 2BR/2BA apartment with 1200 sq ft back in July 2020 and left it in October 2022 while facing reasonable rent increases throughout our stay.
The pros include key FOB method which ensures safety through two-door entry system; weekly building cleaning/housekeeping; large bathroom mirrors with ledges; thick walls which prevent any noise from neighbors; no pest issue whatsoever; spacious island and sunroom; big bathtub almost like a jacuzzi; parking space availability nearby Ventura Way/Pannell Dr/Old Philadelphia Rd.; detachable sink faucet head for convenience etcetera. The area is safe, quiet and family friendly while maintenance team is outstanding too!
