Ive been residing in my Broadstreet apartment building in Winnipeg for over two years and the management has been wonderful The grounds and common areas are well kept Any issues I had were resolved quickly Though it is wood construction sound from neighbors can be heard but management was honest about this when I moved in Fortunately it is still quiet despite this fact You get a considerable amount of space for the money compared to other places around the city plus you have the option of monthtomonth renting or save by getting a one or two year lease agreement The materials used may not be designer quality but its reasonable for what you pay for it All together my experience here has only been positive during my stay of two years or more more ... hide ...

Michael was very hospitable on the phone and offered to cook me a farm fresh meal when I asked for local restaurant recommendations The suite he provided was large spotless and tastefully decorated with a couch and easychair but no TV There was also a mini kitchen equipped with fridgefreezer toaster oven microwave coffee maker sink and all the necessary dish 2022-11-10T20:32:18Z

My first home in Edmonton Maureen Manor provided an excellent experience All customer service staff were consistently courteous and professional while the building maintenance workers Amir and Glen were always helpful and friendly In addition to the personnel being topnotch the building was great as well it only had 7 units per floor hard to come by had amazing views and was very quiet Kitchens contained dishwashers which was a big plus elevators ran quickly and only needed maintenance once during my stay hallways were always clean or got cleaned promptly foyer area was really nice laundry room on every other floor Furthermore my unit got sprayed for bug prevention a few times even though I never encountered bugs myself which shows that they invest in preventive measures rather than not making me feel secure The location is perfect too close to Valley ParkGrocery StoreDowntown area as well as close to LRT station perfect for students Boardwalk also offers incentives for first time renters which is great help with moving costs and helps keep rates competitive just call them up Even though there are some bad reviews out there about Boardwalk being a big company I can vouch that this particular building is managed super well I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled enough here to do so If given the chance again I would definitely live here again more ... hide ...

Living here for the past three years cockroaches have been a persistent issue Despite adding cockroach bait not much progress has been made in ridding them and it could even be exacerbating my asthma according to my doctor Consequently we are moving out Going doortodoor to speak with other tenants confirmed that they had the same problem last year one lady said she even had mice living with her which is unsurprising given her lack of cleanliness My fianc and I however keep our suit as tidy as possible and yet still have to clean our cupboards every few days due to the presence of cockroaches Besides this issue the landlord is usually swift in resolving any other issues a broken oven or fridge would be fixed within a day or two Thus if you don't mind sharing space with these pests then this can be great place otherwise if you value your health I suggest avoiding it We are in building A and I cannot vouch for whether or not newer buildings suffer from this same issue more ... hide ...

My partner and I moved into the gorgeous Conrad building this past summer which had numerous amenities and perfect building maintenance Moreover it was always very tidy and situated in a charming area The suites were precisely as pictured on the site plus Thomas the building manager was ever so friendly and helpful
