McCor Management has been an outstanding company to work with! The communication has been clear and consistent, and I was highly impressed by everyone I interacted with, especially Louise Taylor. She managed to quickly respond to any issues that came up while granting occupancy of the brand new building. The apartments are stunning, with features such as taller walls, high-quality blinds and higher-end appliances, as well as soft close drawers! Additionally, the walk closet is huge and provides considerable storage space. Even though it's a 3 storey walk up building, units on the main floor can be easily accessed for people with mobility issues. Furthermore, the area is delightful due to its many mature trees and a large park located one street away.

I have been living at 50 Edgewood Estates for about a month now and its no exaggeration to say that Im in luxury units From my unit I get a stunning view which family and friends have dubbed a million dollar view All the rooms have great views throughout the day due to the large windows that let in natural light The layout of my unit is spacious and the kitchen is designed so well that I never feel cramped Additionally theres concrete between each floor so noise from neighbors isn't an issue its like living in complete peace The lobby and hallways are always clean and tidy as is the garbage area My experience with rental office staff has been nothing but positive theyve gone aboveandbeyond to accommodate me and my partner whenever needed Furthermore all of my fellow tenants are kind and neighborly theres also plenty of diversity here too Lastly safety isn't an issue since security keeps watch over the entrance on camera 247 perfect for me as someone with a family In short if youre considering moving into this building then I would highly recommend it based on my personal experience here Attached are some photos taken from different views within my unit since October when I moved in when the weather started changing drastically more ... hide ...
