The communication has been clear and consistent, and I was highly impressed by everyone I interacted with, especially Louise Taylor. She managed to quickly respond to any issues that came up while granting occupancy of the brand new building. The apartments are stunning, with features such as taller walls, high-quality blinds and higher-end appliances, as well as soft close drawers! Additionally, the walk closet is huge and provides considerable storage space. Even though it's a 3 storey walk up building, units on the main floor can be easily accessed for people with mobility issues. Furthermore, the area is delightful due to its many mature trees and a large park located one street away.
