On multiple occasions my laundry has been missing from the laundry room only to be returned to me afterwards by the buildings management after I had assumed it had been taken One time a basket of my clothes was placed on the floor just outside of my apartment door causing me to almost trip over it when I left It feels like somebody is stealing and harassing 2022-10-13T04:32:17Z
On multiple occasions my laundry has been missing from the laundry room only to be returned to me afterwards by the buildings management after I had assumed it had been taken One time a basket of my clothes was placed on the floor just outside of my apartment door causing me to almost trip over it when I left It feels like somebody is stealing and harassing me The appliances are poor quality detergent may not be supplied and dryers can be lacking pieces There is always noiseneighbours birds squawking babies crying in other units nearby roads or the gas station next door plus road work at late hours during week nights Additionally there is always dirt around due to being next to a petrol station and flies that come in from the dumpster close by Moreover cockroaches are seen every day in this building even with traps and pest management techniques utilized along with treatments for them I still kill up two roaches daily in my unit more ... hide ...

This building should be avoided at all costs due to the numerous quality control issues and loud construction noise from condos The largest problem however is the elevators there are only two for the entire building and one of them is either out of service or used for moving This means most of the day there is just one elevator serving everyone in the building causing long wait times during rush hour In addition when central AC is off during fallwinterspring season units become too hot opening windows does not help as they draw warm air from inside and further heat up the unit Other issues include wallsceilings cracking poor water pressure on upper floors frequent disconnections of waterair conditioning with unnecessary regulations in place restricted gym access lack of 247 Concierge frequent fire alarm tests loud traffic noise from 401 heavy traffic on Sheppard making exit and entry difficult as well as frequent theft of lockers and bicycles due to lack of securitythe list goes on more ... hide ...

This apartment is not recommended for anyone due to its awful conditions aunts cockroaches and bedbugs The price may seem cheap but the apartment itself is horrendous To make matters worse the laundry room floor was filled with water and human waste from the drains

Julias place was incredible and our party of nine stayed there for a month over the 2021 Christmas holidays The cottage had an uptodate interior with lots of room 6 bedrooms 5 bathrooms 3 with ensuites and stunning views of the lake from the kitchen family room living room and three bedrooms which we loved to admire while having coffee and doing jigsaw puzzl 2022-10-30T12:32:17Z
Julias place was incredible and our party of nine stayed there for a month over the 2021 Christmas holidays The cottage had an uptodate interior with lots of room 6 bedrooms 5 bathrooms 3 with ensuites and stunning views of the lake from the kitchen family room living room and three bedrooms which we loved to admire while having coffee and doing jigsaw puzzles It was very tidy fully equipped and Julia even gave us a decorated Christmas tree to enjoy We were situated on a large plot with plenty of outdoor space just 100 feet from the water plus hiking trails nearby and a 10 minute drive from town that had tons of restaurants and grocery stores Check inout was easy breezy due to Julias attentiveness We wholeheartedly suggest this cottage for your staycation needs well definitely be back soon Thank you Stayana Homes more ... hide ...
