This building should be avoided at all costs due to the numerous quality control issues and loud construction noise from condos. The largest problem, however, is the elevators: there are only two for the entire building and one of them is either out of service or used for moving. This means most of the day there is just one elevator serving everyone in the building, causing long wait times during rush hour. In addition, when central AC is off during fall/winter/spring season, units become too hot; opening windows does not help as they draw warm air from inside and further heat up the unit. Other issues include walls/ceilings cracking, poor water pressure on upper floors, frequent disconnections of water/air conditioning with unnecessary regulations in place , restricted gym access , lack of 24/7 Concierge , frequent fire alarm tests , loud traffic noise from 401, heavy traffic on Sheppard making exit and entry difficult as well as frequent theft of lockers and bicycles due to lack of security...the list goes on.
