I would not suggest anyone rent from the management company Ayre and Oxford especially Stacey and Rod at Amberwynd Apartments in Spruce Grove They are deceitful and very unprofessional They will promise to resolve your issues but leave you disappointed in the end The building used to be beautiful but now the conditions are terrible Youll have no luck trying 2022-10-22T20:32:17Z
I would not suggest anyone rent from the management company Ayre and Oxford especially Stacey and Rod at Amberwynd Apartments in Spruce Grove They are deceitful and very unprofessional They will promise to resolve your issues but leave you disappointed in the end The building used to be beautiful but now the conditions are terrible Youll have no luck trying to get a hold of anyone from Ayre and Oxford emails will go unanswered for weeks or even months These people don't care about anything other than getting your money However I recently got into contact with Liz Gray at Ayre and Oxford who was willing to help me with my dispute against Stacey and Rod If any old tenants at Amberwynd have had problems with them please contact Liz Gray for assistance PS I only gave one star on my review because it was required neither Ayre nor Amberwynd deserve it more ... hide ...

Gill Village is a brandnew attractive complex We were deceived about the air conditioning the owners informed us that there was central AC in the whole building but our floor didnt have it Some of the suites are quite cool while others have been scorching this might just be a case of modifying the HVAC and then everyone will be comfortable next summer Additi 2022-09-21T00:02:17Z
Gill Village is a brandnew attractive complex We were deceived about the air conditioning the owners informed us that there was central AC in the whole building but our floor didnt have it Some of the suites are quite cool while others have been scorching this might just be a case of modifying the HVAC and then everyone will be comfortable next summer Additionally window screens still havent been put up making cooling off difficult if you don't want any bugs to sneak in The leasing agents here have been wonderful always ready to help and answer our queries with positive energy In September bug issues were resolved as screens were installed A portable air conditioner had to be bought for our dogs since AC didnt work properly the breakers kept tripping but they were soon fixed We are content living at Gill Village looking forward to future developments like privacy walls outside and sorting out parking lot issues The underground parking is great with plenty of spots available A social room would be nice although all residents can come over for coffee at my place Our only worry is that there may not be an onsite property manager for 200 units we will see if Im being overly pessimistic or not eventually more ... hide ...

I highly recommend these buildings to anyone the two bedroom apartments are amazing value with laundry in suite and theyre mostly newly renovated The living room is a good size and has a decent sized dining area You get a discount with Telus too The building manager Francis is really nice and caring she responds quickly if you have any issues Plus they keep 2022-09-24T08:02:19Z

For the past 11 years I have been living at Tennyson Apartments and Im very fond of it The current Resident Managers and their staff are outstanding they keep the building in great condition especially when it comes to looking after elderly residents I feel safe here and am proud to call this my home Management team youre doing a great job

I have been living at 365 Lake since September 2015 and it has been a great experience The management team was very professional when going over my lease so everything was easy to understand Skyline Living recently took over the property and renovations began right away new roofing windows lighting etc Any issues that have come up were quickly resolved with 2022-09-30T00:02:17Z

I give Wesley Place apartments a full 5 star rating The building is spectacular and impeccably maintained but the staff are what make it truly special Krysta and Frances were incredibly helpful when I arrived to the apartment from Ontario not knowing Vancouver at all They made sure I had everything I needed always responded immediately to any request and pro 2022-10-23T00:32:17Z
