Im not keen on writing reviews like this but I wish someone had alerted me prior to signing my lease here Living here is of a low quality and too costly youd be better off in an SRO The building itself is fine and the suites are normal and the residental managers are friendly Id give them high marks if I could Nonetheless the building management doesnt really care about their tenants or their living conditions Since moving in there have been constant renovations taking place for a few months now with no end seemingly in sight Normally that wouldnt be such a problem however they choose to perform some of the loudest works from 8am12pm daily which is just unreasonable My partner is an emergency responder who has started suffering mentally due to being unable to rest after their night shift because of all the drilling noise which even industrial ear protectors cant muffle sufficiently enough for conversation let alone work meetings or simply thoughts Furthermore with everyone stuck at home due to Covid19 its hard enough without this ruckus going on all day long so you can hardly concentrate during webinars or phone calls either Youd expect them to be more sympathetic during these times instead of making life here hellish for us all yet no matter how many requests we make for them to delay works till later hours so people can sleep theres never an agreeable answer given what happened to having peace and quiet If you more ... hide ...

Im still just as pleased with my decision to live at The Trax after almost a year Initially I was apprehensive when the manager changed but that worry was unfounded Amanda the new manager has been great She made renewing my lease comfortable and straightforward by communicating well in advance and addressing all of my queries promptly and helpfully In additi 2022-10-28T11:32:18Z
Im still just as pleased with my decision to live at The Trax after almost a year Initially I was apprehensive when the manager changed but that worry was unfounded Amanda the new manager has been great She made renewing my lease comfortable and straightforward by communicating well in advance and addressing all of my queries promptly and helpfully In addition she is friendly and approachable Im grateful for her assistance five stars My original review holds true this building is amazing in terms of its location people and atmosphere it feels like home to me As such Im looking forward to another year here more ... hide ...

The building manager of Skyline was unkind and turned off the water outside preventing tenants from making improvements to the appearance This showed that they didnt care about the exterior or quality of life of their tenants which is a shame because the apartments are nice I have family friends living here and I don't understand why someone would choose to 2022-10-28T12:02:18Z
