Ive been living at Creekview Heights since it opened and I am now able to provide a great review Trevor and Michelle the current managers have improved the environment here by 1000its an unbelievable change from the original management team All of the staff are great units are large and floor plans fantastic The location is awesome and grounds wellmaintained Any inquiriesconcerns dealt with promptly courteously phone calls answered voice mails responded to quickly usually always staffedopen office Even when walking around during day checking mail or going to car youll see one of staff doing something for property theyre always warm courteous Its finally becoming a community we can call home recommend to anyone interested in living here TrevorMichelle their team exceed daily expectations of rental homes The negative reviews don't even come close to describing conditions beforeit was truly appalling unforgivable that Skyline allowed it for so long For this they get a 1 star review need to climb out of deep hole for us to change our view on higher levels of leadership there more ... hide ...

I have had an incredible experience renting with Trio Kelowna Alejandra surpassing any other place in Canada since I started living independently Everywhere from Ontario to BC that I have lived they were so timely and pleasant to deal with Not only did they adjust to my schedule for viewings and applications but also answered within 24 hours As I had a job o 2022-10-27T21:02:19Z
I have had an incredible experience renting with Trio Kelowna Alejandra surpassing any other place in Canada since I started living independently Everywhere from Ontario to BC that I have lived they were so timely and pleasant to deal with Not only did they adjust to my schedule for viewings and applications but also answered within 24 hours As I had a job offer that wanted me to start in two weeks a challenge considering the pandemic housing market Trio was the only one who replied swiftly enough for me to get approved within the week of the viewing The apartment is terrific as is its location its the first time as a young professional where I feel like Im paying for what I get an ideal home thats pet friendly too Knowing my dog wouldnt be a problem greatly relieved my moving anxiety and Alejandra was so sweet when she met him he even came along for inspection From start until finish all of my interactions with Alejandra and her team were delightful She had all of my paperwork ready which allowed me drive from Ontario and settle into my apartment right away A wonderful experience all around thank you Trio team more ... hide ...

As a senior residing at The Diplomat Apartments which are part of the Williams McDaniel family of buildings I have been here for over three years Our accommodations are located near Riverside Park and the Evergreen Senior Centre as well as a convenient bus stop for line 99 George and Suzanne our Supers are incredibly friendly and hardworking they go above and beyond to ensure we receive excellent service When an issue arises that they cant resolve on the spot themselves they bring in professionals to take care of it without any cost to us They also arrange an annual Christmas gathering and summer Barbecue with management Trish from management is especially helpful she took care of an issue that would normally be addressed when I was leaving at no expense to me The apartments here are spacious compared to newer buildings and many have been remodeled with new bathrooms and kitchens featuring dishwashers All in all I couldnt imagine living anywhere else as an independent senior individual more ... hide ...
