I rented a unit from Boardwalk for a year spanning from May 2015 to May 2016 The property itself seemed nice for its age and the manager was friendly But unfortunately my experience with them was far less than pleasant My stove had only two functioning elements and it never got fixed throughout the duration of my lease Even worse there was a leak in my bathr 2022-10-10T14:32:17Z
I rented a unit from Boardwalk for a year spanning from May 2015 to May 2016 The property itself seemed nice for its age and the manager was friendly But unfortunately my experience with them was far less than pleasant My stove had only two functioning elements and it never got fixed throughout the duration of my lease Even worse there was a leak in my bathroom ceiling that dripped pinkish brackish water onto me while I showered Boardwalk didnt respond to this issue immediately or adequately The leak then spread to above my entrance door where they tore a hole in an attempt to fix it however due to clearance issues I couldnt even put a bucket there All of this went on for 34 months before they actually did something about itand when I asked if I could be compensated in any way their reply was simply It is an old building this is just regular wear and tear In short I had an awful experience because of their poor service combined with lack of compensation clearly they only care about money As such I wouldnt rent from Boardwalk again ever more ... hide ...

I was informed that I was approved so all I had to do was put down a 250 deposit I did this in the office using debit but the next day I learned that I wasnt approved and wouldnt be allowed to return for my money Instead they said it would be sent to me through mail however almost a month has passed and nothing This is incredibly unprofessional and shady bec 2022-10-27T09:02:19Z

Having lived here for two years there have never been any major problems Maintenance is incredibly swift if needed and the rent is very reasonable Management is affable and willing to help you out These apartments have lots of storage something easy to overlook when searching for a rental place The sole negative aspect was that the interior of the apartments 2022-10-27T10:32:17Z
