Since 2014 I have been living in this building and its still maintained pretty well Regrettably it isn't ideal for longterm residents More often than not the lobby door and inner security door are left open even when the temperature outside is very low this compromises security as anyone can just walk in Additionally the elevator breaks down every other week 2023-01-28T18:00:04Z
Since 2014 I have been living in this building and its still maintained pretty well Regrettably it isn't ideal for longterm residents More often than not the lobby door and inner security door are left open even when the temperature outside is very low this compromises security as anyone can just walk in Additionally the elevator breaks down every other week for around half a day on average one time it needed a part from Germany so it was broken for two consecutive weeks Also we offered to move breakables into bedrooms so staff could paint our kitchenliving roomhallway while were away on vacation but they refused It looks like our apartment will only get painted when we leave I must say that none of these issues should be blamed on the onsite staff they work hard to keep up with maintenance tasks Recently one of my worries was dealt with personnel removed folddown legs from doors thus improving building security as no one can leave them open anymore more ... hide ...
