The Duncans were very pleased with their experience at the rental building Ben the Building Manager and his wife consistently communicated clearly and professionally with them The building was kept clean and secure while the outdoor area looked wellmaintained Furthermore the other tenants were respectful and friendly even when their baby was teething and cry 2022-10-10T15:02:18Z

I lived in River PARK TOWER for three years starting in 2019 The management was very nice friendly and helpful Whenever I needed service they were present to assist The superintendent and his wife were also really kind people My one bedroom unit had a spacious living room kitchen and bathroom however the bedroom was small It had wellmaintained appliances and a cozy kitchen cabinet with an amazing dishwasher included There was also a great view of the neighborhood with an easily accessible elevator plus underground parking the only thing missing being a balcony In May 2021 Akelius purchased the building which compromised service greatly it is now difficult to find anyone in their office since communication is done over phone only after going through several operatorstransfers Most of the laundry machines are not working properly either and common areas used to be cleaned weekly but now are left uncleaned for days at a time I experienced fraud when paying rent via cheque they offered me 100 off one month rent if I switched to auto withdrawal instead but ended up withdrawing double amount 133575 correct 118436 incorrect After informing them they said they would refund me yet nothing happened until I skipped Augusts rent considering that money as credit towards it difference money rolled into Septs payment which I still paid despite this fraud occurrence They asked for Augs rent then requested copy of cleared che more ... hide ...
