Having lived here for two years, there have never been any major problems. Maintenance is incredibly swift if needed and the rent is very reasonable. Management is affable and willing to help you out. These apartments have lots of storage, something easy to overlook when searching for a rental place. The sole negative aspect was that the interior of the apartments get too hot at times, but having a portable air conditioner makes it bearable during summertime. Additionally, they are quite soundproof from your neighbors; however, if there's someone living above you it may be possible to hear them. Overall I would definitely recommend these apartments to those who want a good value for their money.
