The apartment I have lived in twice throughout my life was grand when I was a young boy and my father resided there There were never any complaints from him as the staff was polite and diligently took care of any issues that arose However since York Holding has taken over it is clear that they have failed to maintain the premises Garbage is thrown into trees 2022-10-25T23:02:19Z
The apartment I have lived in twice throughout my life was grand when I was a young boy and my father resided there There were never any complaints from him as the staff was polite and diligently took care of any issues that arose However since York Holding has taken over it is clear that they have failed to maintain the premises Garbage is thrown into trees behind the building including an AC unit walls are covered in graffiti and unrecognizable substances coat stairwells Electrical and maintenance problems arise frequently and even lights or fire extinguishers may be missing or misplaced Even worse they refuse to fix anything within the units after a year and a half of persistent reminders regarding flooring issues along with kitchen problems they still failed to take action Therefore do not be fooled by their promises as this place will just take your money without taking responsibilityopt for Marina Place or Riviera instead more ... hide ...

Not sure if the 5 star reviews are genuine or a result of the 150 Amazon gift card promotional offer associated with Google reviews for Rosebury square We moved in to 145 Marlee Handed apartment two weeks ago and there were many issues that were supposed to be fixed before we moved but they werent When I inquired about fixing them the supervisor was very rude which is surprising as we moved here from an apartment in the USA with topnotch management The marketing team here is great at doing their job however it would be wise to speak with the buildings supervisor prior to moving in because you will have to deal with them for any problems that arise Additionally if noise bothers you this place can be quite loud despite its good room sizes and cleanliness of the building and laundry services Therefore 3 stars due to these factors however if noise isn't a problem and luck is on your side so you don't have run into any issues with supervisors then this place can be good Natie Leifdes 4 year old review contains an accurate description of everything so please read it before making your decision more ... hide ...

The apartment I live in offers decent basics but there is much room for improvement in terms of quality of life and integrity Its great value for the price and my neighbors have been wonderful Unfortunately small issues start to accumulate over time such as micromanaging residents freedoms and being pennypinching when it comes to refunding losses from broken laundry machines Speaking of the laundry facilities they rarely get clothes dry with one cycle and cost 56 per load not including lost money from machines that don't work There are only 4 visitor parking spots for 41 units so those with more than one car will be unable to park onsite Additionally youre not allowed to let someone else use your spot if youre not using it yourself Children are prohibited from playing around the building due to lack of area or playgrounds furthermore an extra 80 fee is charged each month if an air conditioner is installed with a limited BTU output no deep freezers or elevators either While this building could do better with its facilities and dealing honestly with resident complaints while finding a parking solution alongside local businesses all things considered its not a terrible place to live compared to other apartments in the area more ... hide ...
