The elevator in this building has been having problems for a while, and the management is not very proactive when it comes to resolving the issues. On January 20th-23rd, 2018, it was out of service for maintenance purposes, which proved difficult since my wife had just given birth and wasn't able to walk. Even after two days of waiting I still had no answer as to when it would be fixed. In regards to the location and homes themselves they are satisfactory but the management's lack of response is unacceptable.
